How Many Rooms Can I Test with One Lab’Air Kit?

Each Lab’Air Kit can be used to analyze multiple rooms or zones, depending on the number of laboratory cassettes used. One cassette is required per tested area. Additional cassettes may be needed for extra rooms (bedroom, living room, basement, etc.). Results are compared to recognized standards to support interpretation and guide next steps if required.

What Contaminants Does the Lab’Air Kit Detect?

The Lab’Air Kit analyzes the microbiological quality of indoor air, including mould spores and other airborne fungal particles. The report identifies the type and concentration of detected contaminants, compared against standards recognized by the AIHA.

How Long Does It Take to Receive Results?

Once the sample is received at the laboratory, results are typically available within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a detailed report by email, including interpretation and practical recommendations. A 24-hour expedited option is available at an additional cost.

Is the Test as Reliable as a Professional Inspection?

Yes. The air sampling performed by the Lab’Air Kit follows the same protocols used by our field technicians. The analysis is conducted in the same accredited laboratory by certified microbiologists. The main difference is that you perform the sampling yourself, which significantly reduces travel costs.

Can I Use the Lab’Air Kit in a Commercial Building or School?
